The Pledge contributes to our ongoing commitment to strive for a more inclusive industry, improve business environments for women and champion equal representation on boards.

With initiatives, such as our Beyond 1% podcast, we have been actively promoting women in senior positions as role models to attract more women to construction and engineering careers. We feel we have a collective responsibility to pursue those efforts towards a reduction of the gender pay gap.

In celebration of International Women in Engineering Day this week, we proudly recognise the exceptional contributions of our female engineers who help drive our projects forward.
