Gold at the Corporate Engagement Awards

Congratulations to our Brand, Marketing and Communications team who picked up Gold at the Corporate Engagement Awards this week, with our partner, ParalympicsGB.

Our 'Building to Tokyo' campaign with ParalympicsGB won Gold for ‘Best engagement of an internal audience in a sponsorship programme’ at the Corporate Engagement Awards held in London this week.

During the pandemic, our Brand, Marketing and Communications team designed the campaign with ParalympicsGB to bring our inclusion commitment to life and engage colleagues across the business using a wide range of activities and channels. This included athlete-led webinars, podcast, events, virtual challenges, competitions and videos.

Lisa Losardo, Internal Communications Manager, Sir Robert McAlpine, picked up the award and commented:

“I’m incredibly proud of our partnership with ParalympicsGB which has been recognised once again by a prestigious industry award. It is testament to the strong bonds we’ve built together based on shared values and big ambitions to lead the way on inclusion. We are now looking forward to the months ahead as we continue our journey together towards the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games!”

Earlier this year, 'Building to Tokyo' won 'Best Employee Engagement' at the European Sponsorship Awards
