We are pleased to announce construction work to restore 12-14 Cavendish Place in London has begun.
Works will include joining the two buildings which will create an unparalleled business members club that will feature beautifully appointed private offices, business lounges and meeting spaces.
Led by our Special Projects team for this initial site preparation phase, the main works construction phase will start later this year. This project is a testament to their reputation for delivering complex remodelling schemes in busy Central London locations.
With a shared vision “to be renowned for our work with clients and communities as we construct a better world for future generations,” this partnership with Unity Real Estate will see the two businesses deliver the truly extraordinary.
This is the first step in the development of our buildings on Cavendish Place. The members club is our flagship project and we are really excited about revealing more about the project in the coming months.
