A panel of leading experts will look in detail at best practice industry examples of retention and re-use. In particular, they will explore the importance of an early collaborative approach between stakeholders, including clients, developers, contractors, and designers, for successful outcomes and a measurable, positive impact on sustainability and decarbonisation.

Bringing together a diverse panel of guests to discuss how the Build to Rent sector fulfils its potential. The Panel will consider the challenges of delivering on the ground (including viability, funding, planning, The Building Safety Act, net zero and whole-life costing) and how these might be overcome to allow BTR to become a fundamental feature of our national housing solution as well as a sustainable ingredient in the fabric of our towns and cities.
