Ever wondered what happens behind the hoardings at construction sites? Open Doors week will reveal all for the younger generation or anyone considering a career in construction. It takes place between 18th and 23rd March 2025.
Open Doors is aimed at people considering a career in construction to demonstrate the diverse range of opportunities available and to give them a taste of what it is like to work in the industry. At Sir Robert McAlpine, we will open up the doors to some of our sites across the country to provide behind-the-hoardings access. The week long event is delivered by Build UK and in partnership with CITB and industry partners like Considerate Constructors Scheme, People's Partnership and the Department for Work and Pensions.
