About Mark Taylor: Before joining Sir Robert McAlpine in 2012, Mark served as the Managing Director of Ibex Interiors, a top-four national fit-out firm. With decades of experience in the construction industry, Mark has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead teams through complex challenges, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Mark’s portfolio includes some of the UK’s most iconic and complex developments, such as the £1.1 billion Phase 3 of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment and the £1 billion construction of Bloomberg LP’s new London headquarters. His leadership at Sir Robert McAlpine continues to shape the future of urban landscapes across the UK.
Will Lunn, a highly skilled chartered civil engineer and a prominent figure in the construction industry, brings a wealth of experience in early-stage collaboration and innovative project delivery. As the Work Winning Director for Sir Robert McAlpine’s Commercial division, Will plays a crucial role in driving value-adding, outcome-focused solutions across a diverse range of large-scale developments.
About Will Lunn: Will Lunn began his career in structural design before transitioning into the construction sector, where he quickly made his mark. An early highlight of his career was his involvement in the 2012 Olympic Park project, where he contributed to various aspects, from soil stabilisation to fit-out, over a three-year period. For the past decade, Will has specialised in preconstruction roles, and his recent appointment as Work Winning Director reflects his expertise in fostering collaboration and delivering complex projects under the Construction Management contract form. In his role, he works closely with clients, consultants, and the supply chain to ensure that projects not only meet but exceed expectations.
